Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and technical support of our products, driving sales and product adoption through academic promotion and effective hospital coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product adoption and sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals and healthcare professionals
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage sales channels and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide market feedback and sales reports to support business decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of sales experience in the medical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment
