Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Representative. This role is crucial in enhancing our seller partnerships and optimizing logistics solutions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
The Strategic Account Representative will be tasked with:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with high-potential sellers.
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery for all logistics operations.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance targets.
  • Collaborating on the creation and implementation of strategic territory plans.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to promote service adoption.
  • Managing multiple client requests effectively and strategically.
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and relevant target lists.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks in project execution.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional or military experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales objectives.
