Job Summary:
As a Sales Professional at CNES Beijing Bokai Technology Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving sales enablement and process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
- Analyze market data and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to effectively communicate product value and benefits to customers.
- Contribute to sales negotiations and deal closings, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Proven track record in sales and sales enablement, with a strong focus on customer relationship management and market analysis.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field or relevant certifications a plus.
