We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the use and sale of our Aesthetics products to designated customers in order to achieve territory plan objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company objectives and product strategy.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets through effective implementation of the sales plan.
- Manage and improve sales force performance, including coaching and developing sales skills.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, including new market development and sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and research and development, to drive business growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics to ensure optimal business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business, or marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the life science market, including industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
