Dermatology Category Leader for Public Hospital Sales

About the RoleWe seek an experienced sales professional to drive public hospital dermatology sales growth in Guangzhou. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Galderma's products, increasing awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals, and achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably with background in dermatology or skin care. They must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote Galderma's products to public hospitals in Guangzhou, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze data on target hospitals, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute large customer plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
