Channel Sales Role Overview

As a Channel Sales Manager at Agilent Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with channel partners in Greater China. Your expertise in sales and channel management will be critical in delivering on sales targets and developing the channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through channel partners.

2. Collaborate with the sales and commercial marketing teams to plan and coordinate major customer-facing activities.

3. Ensure channel partner compliance with Agilent's policies and procedures.

4. Foster strong communication and alignment with internal stakeholders to drive business effectively.

5. Share competitive intelligence and market trends information with the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in biology or medicine; 5+ years of sales and channel management experience.

2. Experience in sales of flow cytometry, microplate readers, or other life science instruments preferred.

3. Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

4. Ability to travel frequently and work in a complex, high-tech sales environment.
