Job Title: Strategic Sales Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Development Leader to join our team in Guangzhou, China. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze training needs of regional sales teams to provide individualized training solutions;
  • Develop annual training plans and facilitate training sessions in the region;
  • Deliver high-quality sales training courses;
  • Cultivate sales skills among first-line sales reps and sales line managers through regular coaching sessions;
  • Compile monthly reports and maintain accurate training records;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, business management, or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management within relevant industries;
  • Passion for training and willingness to share knowledge with others;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization;
