We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead our team as a Delivery Head.

The role is based in Markets & Sec Services IT, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with front-office trading and product teams to deliver new functionality and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high-performance, scalable, and highly available cash execution platform.
  • Making strategic architectural and design decisions.
  • Participating in the evolution and strategic direction of the larger platform re-architecture.
  • Liaising with local compliance and risk/control teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Collaborating with global teams for development, reviews, and strategic decision making.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of cash trading systems, architecture, and implementation.
  • Extensive experience leading greenfield, enterprise software engineering initiatives.
  • Expert-level Java experience, including garbage collection and non-blocking IO.
  • Knowledge of equities trading, order lifecycle, FIX messaging, and Asian markets.
  • Understanding of robust, scalable, and highly available distributed trading platforms.
  • A passion for technology, technological solutions, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong fluency in written and spoken English and excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
