Job DescriptionThe Regional Sales Leader will support the Sales Director in managing the regional sales team and achieving budget targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing additional business opportunities to meet individual targets
- Successful onboarding of new customers
- Strategic partnerships with customers for sustainable business continuity and profit growth
- Establishing critical links between customers and internal business units
- Achieving high-level customer engagement and satisfaction
The successful candidate will work closely with relevant sales groups across the globe to grow customer relationships. Other responsibilities include preparing periodic reports, presenting business reviews, and working on RFQ/tenders.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A university degree
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with a proven sales record
- Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good English language proficiency
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
