Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the Account Director in planning and account handling, manage the sales team, and monitor their workload. Additionally, you will help develop their skills sets to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Director in developing and implementing account strategies
- Manage the sales team and monitor their workload to ensure goals are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses for outstanding performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
