Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily sales activities including prospecting, customer visits, and submissions.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop a weekly activity plan based on previous week's sales performance.
- Ensure timely premium collection.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to customers.
- Implement best practices from the Direct Sales handbook.
Requirements:
- College graduate or above.
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work hard, be energetic, and perform under pressure.
- Open-minded and self-motivated.
- Good teamwork skills across various departments.
- Experience in working overseas or foreign trade industry is preferred.
