Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tire Sales Professional to join our team in Guangzhou. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for attaining sales targets by focusing on target market segments in your designated areas.
You will carry out intensive retailer visits (6 retailers/day) to promote sell-through, maintain and develop local sales & service networks. Additionally, you will provide valuable consultancy to retailers to improve their service quality and operation management.
Gathering and collecting valid market data such as retail shop information, competitor's information, auto registration information by segment, etc., will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will coach and manage distributor's sales teams, ensuring the implementation of Goodyear sales policies. Furthermore, you will assist in implementing other marketing activities of Goodyear.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of sales-related working experience (tyre & non-tyre industry), good communication skills, and be result-driven and self-motivated.
In addition, you should be familiar with computer operating systems, including using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), and be able to read and write in English in normal business occasions (at least CET 4).
