Senior Sales Professional for Guangzhou Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in Guangzhou, China.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular sales work with key customers, including order management, delivery follow-ups, and receivable collections. They will also be expected to follow the RFQ process and win new business opportunities.
Familiarity with coating sources, such as sales tools and market research, is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing new customers and businesses through cold calls, visits, and trials.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to inform sales decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in chemical distribution or coatings technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A self-motivated and diligent approach, with a willingness to work under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
