About Your Role
To lead a team responsible for managing financial and accounting functions in Inventory, CM analysis and assisting with related Financial Reporting for one site with an annual sales of US$250 million. You will be accountable for profitability analysis and ensure high accuracy of current costing/inventory evaluation processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage a team of supervisors/accountants/assistant accountants and oversee completion of all financial reporting.
- Evaluate and analyze variances in manufacturing costs, material costs, CM% against Budget and Forecast on a monthly basis after month-end closing. Completion of month-end costing analysis package and adhoc management accounting analysis as directed.
- Support FP&A department and S China Finance Director in AOP construction, including operating expenses budget collection and subsequent justification analysis.
- Contribute to monthly/qtrly forecasting, projecting inventory balance in Balance Sheet and inventory impact in Profit/Loss, and other inventory-related impacts.
- Coordinate with toll manufacturing facility in China to ensure proper cut-off, inventory controls, and timely reporting are in place.
- Ensure accurate completion of related financial reports to comply with local and US statutory requirements on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, often within tight timelines.
- Oversee and implement financial and internal controls, including SOX and internal financial policy requirements within Costing/Inventory controls process.
- Complete any additional assignment instructions from manager or director.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at around $120,000 per year, considering the responsibilities and industry standards. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and location.
