Position Overview

As a Sales Executive at DNV, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the marketing and sales initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Sales Activities: Oversee and control all marketing and sales operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • KPI Accountability: Take ownership of achieving personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with quality standards, managerial directives, and established procedures.
  • Client Coordination: Address client inquiries effectively and ensure timely resolution of assistance requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate requests from team members and cross-functional departments, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Lead Management: Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements.
  • Business Development Campaigns: Develop and implement local business development strategies as directed by management.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain all relevant information in the account and project database.
  • Performance Review: Regularly assess personal sales performance and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time practical experience in related roles.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office software.
