Senior Sales Account Manager

Job Description
As a Senior Sales Account Manager at Bosch, you will be responsible for achieving sales turnover targets while exploring sales opportunities in fast-growing markets, particularly focusing on key account customers in China. You will develop and implement multi-channel customer development strategies, aligning with eCommerce/brand/portfolio objectives and working closely with internal functions to respond to customer feedback and complaints.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales turnover targets
2. Explore sales opportunities in fast-growing markets and serve key account customers, especially those in China
3. Develop and implement multi-channel customer development strategies for both short-term and long-term goals, aligned with eCommerce/brand/portfolio objectives
4. Work closely with internal functions to respond to customer feedback, complaints, and sales opportunities
5. Drive value chain and customer experience optimization using data insights
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or a related field
2. Working experience in the automotive industry and sales positions
3. Good negotiation and project management skills
4. Good English communication abilities, both oral and written
