Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead a team of account managers to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Determine and develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and happiness.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Provide training and development to ensure team capabilities remain at the highest standard.
  • Lead by example, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales or account management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective in developing long-term plans and maintaining organizational structure.
  • Ability to successfully manage and motivate a team.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
