Job Description

Responsibilities
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate and lead a team of account managers to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Determine and develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and happiness.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide training and development to ensure team capabilities remain at the highest standard.
- Lead by example, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales or account management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective in developing long-term plans and maintaining organizational structure.
- Ability to successfully manage and motivate a team.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
