Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales budgets, monitoring sales and profitability versus objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of fragrance/ingredient/flavors sales experience, sales/marketing experience in FMCG.
  • Ability to develop successful client relationships and prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, define, prioritize, and implement action plans.
  • Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients' projects.
  • Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue).
