The Role

Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Performance Manager at Roche, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the sales performance of assigned accounts.

Key tasks include achieving sales targets set by line managers, implementing Key Account Management systems, and promoting products and services to customers.

You will work closely with local distributors and Service, Application Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory or similar sales experience in the industry.

Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or relevant science, with good command of English and MS Office software applications.
