We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Vaccine Market Access Regional Manager.

As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive market access strategies for our vaccines.

Your expertise and innovative approach will be essential in enhancing the value of our vaccine and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional health authorities, hospitals, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a positive brand image for our company and vaccine products
  • Communicate effectively with key customers on immunization policies and regulations
  • Establish and execute regional market access plans aligned with public health policies and business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional government agencies and industry associations to establish policy communication platforms
  • Plan, organize, and implement regional policy communication projects to drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Support product registration at the provincial level through efficient cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in market access or government affairs roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies or institutions, with a preference for experience in the vaccine field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Good policy sensitivity and analysis skills
  • Able to take ownership, overcome challenges, and handle pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacy, economics, management, or public health
  • Excellent English language skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
