Senior Regional Market Development Agronomist
Key Responsibilities
- We're seeking a highly skilled agronomist to join our team and drive the development of our products in regional markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local crop conditions, pest dynamics, and product performance.
- Design and implement URT and VPT plans tailored to regional market needs and product lines.
- Develop and execute local product positioning and value propositions.
- Provide customized solutions for regional markets, validate and finalize plans, and create technical transfer documents.
- Support provincial product launch activities, marketing events, and government projects.
- Collect market feedback and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on regional marketing plans and short-term and long-term strategies.
- Handle product complaints and pesticide-related issues.
- Consult with provincial technical experts, provide 400 hotlines, and train relevant staff.
Who We're Looking For
- Master's degree in agronomy or related field, with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in the industry.
- Strong understanding of regional crop patterns, pest dynamics, and product performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
