Sales Director, HPC Industry

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our HPC business in Guangzhou, China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cleaning industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver the annual business target.
- Implement Key Account Management (KAM) by leading the key customer relationship development and the plan for next 1-3 years.
- Build and maintain key customer intimacy.
- Contribute to the monitoring of industry trends, competition changes, and emerging new demand/needs.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of bio-technology or chemical background; Business Management education (MBA) is the plus.
- Minimum 10 years in commercial roles. Leadership practice is the plus.
- Industry background: detergent, special chemical, personal care.
- Excellent English communication – written, oral and presentation skills.
- Excellent track record of building strong customer relationships and manage sustainable business.
- Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including Owners & Senior Management and Operational level, and deal with difficulty topics.
- Demonstrated leadership in Key Account and project/opportunity development.
- Value selling in mind and passionate in customer value proposition development.
- Self-motivated - initiates appropriate actions and follow-ups; tolerance of ambiguity during developing.
- Team work.
- Experience in managing channel partners is the plus.
