About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Imaging DSL team in the West Zone. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Philips Monitoring Sales team, which is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the Patient Monitor business in China.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with > 8 years of related experience in sales management; or a Master's degree with > 6 years of related experience in sales management.
  • Medical devices sales management experience is a great plus.
  • No less than 3 years' leadership experience.
