Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Imaging DSL team in the West Zone. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

About the Role:

This is a leadership role that requires a strong sales background and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in the West Zone.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
