About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned territory and/or customer base, utilizing extensive knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to Edwards' medical products.
  • Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers, expanding our network in assigned regions to push Edwards' positioning in the market.
  • Develop and close new business opportunities, and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing both short- and long-term regional plans.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced colleagues, potentially within the context of a formal mentoring program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with a strong background in the medical devices industry.
  • Deep technical knowledge of our product portfolio and how it addresses customer needs.
  • In-depth understanding of our strategy, selling model, the competitive landscape, and market environments.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strict attention to detail.
