Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly revenue objectives for the designated portfolio and region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Partner with the Commercial Director to devise and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share for the designated portfolio.
  • Engage with key clients through technical discussions and presentations to secure deals and enhance revenue growth.
  • Provide precise revenue forecasts.
  • Pursue new leads and referrals generated from marketing initiatives to broaden the customer base in the assigned region, driving revenue growth.
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing relevant campaigns, promotions, and events to boost awareness and generate leads for our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in academic research; experience in the NGS industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asia market is considered a valuable asset.
  • Previous experience in technical support or project management is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
  • Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
