Position Summary: Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that blends technical expertise with strategic impact? As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll own the technical and operational relationships with Digital Wallets, Banking Schemes, and Mobile Carriers, leading the integration of their cutting-edge payment solutions into our client’s dynamic platform. You’ll be the go-to expert, driving complex integration projects with tight timelines and limited resources, all while ensuring flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Architect of Innovation: Conduct comprehensive gap analysis with Digital Wallets, Bank Schemes, and Mobile Carriers to ensure their billing solutions meet all technical and operational specifications. Your designs will be the blueprint for groundbreaking payment solutions that power global commerce.
- Lead with Vision: Take charge of project planning, from the creation of detailed project plans and schedules to the execution of integration projects. Your leadership will ensure that projects launch on time and with impeccable quality.
- Drive Excellence: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. You’ll manage change requests and facilitate project scrums, keeping everything on track and moving forward.
- Solve Complex Problems: Act as the escalation point for technical issues, driving them to resolution with urgency and focus. You’ll analyze multiple data sources to identify trends and underlying issues, ensuring the highest level of operational excellence.
- Support Business Growth: Partner with the business development team during the pre-sales phase, providing technical expertise that helps close deals with Digital Wallets, Banks, Carriers, and Merchants. Your insights will be key to expanding our client’s global footprint.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of technical project management experience in the payments industry, with deep expertise in working with Payment Aggregators, Wallets, and Bank Schemes.
- Proven experience integrating with third-party web services across various technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and the full mobile development life cycle.
- Excellent SQL skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A track record of successfully delivering integration projects from concept to launch.
- High technical competency in software development practices and project management, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
- Skilled in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with partners, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to multi-task, handle ambiguity, and stay focused on delivering results.
