岗位目标
- 通过对渠道发展的阶段性洞察,通过和其它渠道负责人的合作或者以项目的方式,完善亿滋销售渠道体系,提升销售渠道的
运作效率,进而推动亿滋生意的健康有机的增长
主要职责:
□ 渠道发展洞察
• 进行快消行业新渠道洞察
• 配合总部RTM 的渠道策略,结合北区的渠道现状,寻找关键增量渠道机会
• 以项目的方式推动增量渠道的发展,实现生意的增长和渠道的完善
□ 完善亿滋销售渠道体系,比如:
• O2O 渠道挂接门店数拓展和上翻产品TDP 拓展【云店项目】:包含闪电仓
• 特渠、封闭渠道的开发和管理运作
• 其它新型渠道
□ 立项后的项目运作:
• 明确项目任务,项目需要的资源能技能,形成规范化的项目任务书
• 进行有效的项目规划,资源分配,责任落实到人,确定进度表和关键结果和过程KPI 的跟进表,
• 项目实施:WOW,确保有效沟通【正式和非正式】,预测/澄清Bug,制定解决方案,确保项目的顺利实施
• 阶段性进行项目评估,总结经验教训,为更广泛的推广夯实基础
• 全面项目评估,并形成标准化运营规则,由中台和相关渠道负责人进行推广和后续日常运营
