About the Role
Shell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the PCMO sales team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage a distributor network to deliver Shell products to final users in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Sound commercial experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and business growth.
