Sales and Business Development Professional

KNF Shenzhen Branch Office is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Marketing & Sales / Shenzhen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and take care of existing business in the designated area.
  • Achieve sales targets, including sales revenue and profit growth.
  • Fulfill other assigned concerning works.
  • Review customers with commercial situation on a regular basis and propose corrective solutions.
  • Update customer and market information to the management.
  • Ensure good communication within the organization and with other business units.
  • Provide sales reports accurately and on time to the regional sales manager.
  • Ad-Hoc tasks signed by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and manner.
  • CET4 or above.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Office software proficiency.
  • Fluid mechanic major will be a plus.
  • Williness to make business travel.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to learn and share.
  • Good team spirit.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of industrial products sales experience and technical education background.
  • Knowledge of vacuum, fluid, medical, inkjet, process, etc. will be plus.
  • OEM sales experience in tubes, connectors, valves, needles, sheath-flow cuvette will be a plus.
  • Bachelor or Master degree with scientific or engineering major from key university (/).
  • Must be trustworthy and with high level of responsibility.
