At Otis, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a New Elevator Sales Representative for the Guangzhou area. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships in the region.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue
  • Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
  • Creating and presenting proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or channel sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
