Your main tasks

Elevate Customer Experiences

  • Deliver unparalleled technical and sales support to our valued customers, prospective clients, esteemed dealers, and strategic partners.

Pre-Sales Technical Mastery
  • Harness your technical expertise to shine in the pre-sales phase.
  • Craft compelling technical proposals that demonstrate innovation, dazzle with captivating product demonstrations, and engage audiences with persuasive presentations.
Software Deployment and Customer Empowerment
  • Take charge of software installation with precision and finesse.

Your profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineer, a related field, or comparable working experience.
Experience
  • At least 2+ years of Manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
  • Working with multiple CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
  • Working with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred)
  • Training as a machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer, or comparable training.
  • Language skills: Mandarin mother tongue and English B2 fluent 
Technical Skills
  • Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Office, Web).
  • Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
  • Experience with remote assistance tools.
  • Analytical mindset to understand and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Experience with CAM software.
  • Experience with CAD software (Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor is a plus).
  • Basic GD&T knowledge.
Personal Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple support requests.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Candidate must have permanent resident status.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.
