- Stay at the forefront of market trends, ensuring alignment with schedules, and guaranteeing the timely fulfillment of our commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineer, a related field, or comparable working experience.
- At least 2+ years of Manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
- Working with multiple CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
- Working with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred)
- Training as a machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer, or comparable training.
- Language skills: Mandarin mother tongue and English B2 fluent
- Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Office, Web).
- Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
- Experience with remote assistance tools.
- Analytical mindset to understand and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Experience with CAM software.
- Experience with CAD software (Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor is a plus).
- Basic GD&T knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple support requests.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions.
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates independence and is highly goal oriented.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment, proactively driving projects to successful completion.
- Candidate must have permanent resident status.
- Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.Language skill:
