Business Growth Strategist

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and a deep understanding of clients' business needs and models.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful deal closure, including negotiation and account management handover.
- Effectively communicate Paymentwall's solutions to potential clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings and networking events.
- Represent Paymentwall at industry events and tradeshows to establish new business leads and connections, while promoting Paymentwall's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical integration, marketing, and account management, to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Take initiative to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the online payments or e-commerce industry.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus.
- Meticulous, positive attitude, and strong time management skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and understand client business needs.
- Passion for the tech and payments industry, with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
