Global Sales Operations Strategist

At Nexperia, we are seeking a skilled Global Sales Operations Strategist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing standardized sales management processes globally. This role requires collaboration with the Sales team and Sales Operations Team to drive revenue and design win tracking/forecasting.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement, support, and execute standardized sales management processes
- Drive revenue and design win tracking/forecasting in collaboration with the Sales team and Sales Operations Team globally
- Monitor target setting and controlling
- Deploy and communicate distribution programs
- Drive customer-facing projects, such as being the NPS champion
- Expense management - T&E control and regional budget management
- Commission plan administration
- Chief of regional sales staff activities
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to make a significant impact on our global sales operations. If you have strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with systems like SAP and ModelN, along with relevant EDI protocols, this could be the ideal role for you.

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
