Job Description:

The Langham, Shenzhen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to lead our sales efforts in growing market share. As a key member of the hotel's sales team, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets
  • To manage and motivate sales teams to achieve outstanding results
  • To work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy
  • To maintain a deep understanding of local and regional markets, including competitor activity and customer needs
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Degree: Diploma or University degree is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience and managerial responsibilities in a 5-star international hotel
  • Skills/Knowledge: Strong leadership and conflict management skills, good communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Office and Delphi Sales & Catering system
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, good communication skill in both written and verbal

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from RMB 200,000 to RMB 300,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as other benefits including medical insurance and annual leave.
