Sales Engineer Leader

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer Leader to join our team at KNF Shenzhen Branch Office.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships in the designated area. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets, including revenue and profit growth, while ensuring excellent communication within the organization and with other business units.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets, including revenue and profit growth.
- Review customers' commercial situations on a regular basis and propose corrective solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the regional sales manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering field from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial products sales, preferably with technical education background.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthiness and high level of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the application of vacuum, fluid, medical, inkjet, and process technology.
- OEM sales experience in tubes, connectors, valves, needles, and sheath-flow cuvette.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
