Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Nexperia, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and executing standardized sales management processes. You will drive revenue and design win tracking/forecasting in collaboration with the sales team and sales operations team globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and supporting sales management processes
  • Driving revenue and design win tracking/forecasting
  • Monitoring target setting and controlling
  • Deploying and communicating distribution programs
  • Driving customer-facing projects
  • Expense management and T&E control
  • Commission plan administration
  • Leading regional sales staff activities

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong acumen in working with and interpreting numbers
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and other relevant systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Soft Skills

Required soft skills include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with different personalities and handle pushback
  • High dependability and ability to support the business
  • Team mentality and hands-on approach
