Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Specialist at Nexperia, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and executing standardized sales management processes. You will drive revenue and design win tracking/forecasting in collaboration with the sales team and sales operations team globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and supporting sales management processes
- Driving revenue and design win tracking/forecasting
- Monitoring target setting and controlling
- Deploying and communicating distribution programs
- Driving customer-facing projects
- Expense management and T&E control
- Commission plan administration
- Leading regional sales staff activities
Requirements
Key qualifications include:
- Strong acumen in working with and interpreting numbers
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and other relevant systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
Soft Skills
Required soft skills include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with different personalities and handle pushback
- High dependability and ability to support the business
- Team mentality and hands-on approach
- Result-oriented and analytical skill set
