Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary
HUBER+SUHNER is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in the High Power Charging market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand HUBER+SUHNER's presence in the High Power Charging market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers, industry influencers, and social platforms.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of HPC technologies, products, and services offered by HUBER+SUHNER.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the HPC sales team.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing HPC clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Craft business proposals and contracts that meet clients' needs and drive revenue growth.
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes to remain competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electric/Electronic engineering major.
- Fluent in English/Chinese in spoken, written, and reading.
- Familiar with MS Office 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, and other software supporting daily work.
- Strong marketing and presentation skills, with a certain network in China's HPC industry.
- Cross-organizational collaboration and external customer/partner relationships.
- Proficiency in executing sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Managing and developing account relationships.
- Experience in business development activities and creating go-to-market strategies.
