The Role
Responsibilities include :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive growth and revenue
- Identifying and developing new customers to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential within existing customers
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead follow up and market research
- Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
- Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams
- Coaching sales teams to apply training content to real-life situations
The Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales/Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Ecommerce/Marketplaces industry
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- A strong networker and relationship builder
- A high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
