About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate 1 - Unit Registry Administrator. This role will be responsible for processing transactions in accordance with service standards, maintaining dealer and adviser information, and assisting in the preparation and distribution of management and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner, including applications, redemptions, switches, off-market transfers, and deceased estate transactions.
  • Maintain dealer and adviser information, including updates and changes.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of management and client reporting, including statistical information and query responses.
  • Perform AML/KYC checks on new unit holders and transaction monitoring on all unit holders.
  • Ensure daily and monthly operational registry and reporting deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Good time management skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good sense of escalation awareness and risk awareness, able to identify and resolve general or risk-related issues.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and motivated individual who is a team player and enjoys dealing with people.
  • Flexible in various working shifts.
  • Desire to provide unsurpassed service by exceeding service levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills in both email and verbal.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferable.
