As a Data Input specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting order information into our system
  • Verifying order documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicating with internal departments and teams to ensure timely completion of orders
  • Resolving issues or discrepancies related to orders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree majoring in English, International Trade, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and manipulation
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage
