Sales Leadership Position in New Energy Solutions

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at MAHLE, focusing on new energy solutions and overseas markets. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in solution sales and sales management, with a strong background in the new energy industry.
**About the Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing partnerships with local key accounts, improving market share outside China, and securing the right mix of direct sales and sales channel management. Additionally, they will support the establishment of owner support and engage in sales efforts with a focus on new energy solutions and overseas markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Actively participate in sales efforts with a strong focus on new energy solutions and overseas markets, as well as industrial applications (engines)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
• Improve market share outside China through strategic sales and partnership development
• Secure the optimal balance between direct sales and sales channel management
• Support the establishment of owner support and provide technical and commercial expertise
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in solution sales and sales management, preferably in the new energy industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong connections with key stakeholders in the industry
• Tenacious and structured sales approach, with a strong technical and commercial mindset
• Experience with industrial applications (engines) is a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
