We are seeking a skilled Global Medical Affairs Strategist to join our team at Medtronic.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in medical affairs and drive strategic growth in the medtech industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the science behind our innovative products and technologies.
- Develop and implement competitive intelligence strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Drive education and outreach efforts to promote safe and effective use of our products among healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated evidence-based medical affairs plans.
- Utilize advanced subject matter expertise to provide medical input and insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure that our value propositions are effectively communicated to stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies.
- M.D. designation only: Provide clinical trial interpretation, sign off on product safety reviews, establish scientific methods for protocol design and implementation, and approve final reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
