About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products and diabetes care. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers, delivering scientific presentations and medical education programs, and supporting clinical research projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and products through regular attendance at internal meetings, training sessions, congresses, and seminars.Provide expert medical/scientific advice on assigned products and glucose monitoring, including responding to requests for information and contributing to the development of core dossiers.Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers, participating in scientific congresses, advisory boards, round-table meetings, and discussion fora.Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to healthcare professionals individually or in groups.Screen relevant literature and other information from scientific societies' meetings and conferences, developing summaries of key messages for use within the company.Deliver training to sales forces and other departments, developing and updating relevant training materials.SUPPORT CLINICAL RESEARCH PROJECTS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS AND GLOBAL MEDICAL AFFAIRS.REVIEW LOCAL INVESTIGATOR INITIATED STUDIES.PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE CGM FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES.REVIEW PREPARATION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL THROUGH VEEVA, ENSURING MEDICAL/SCIENTIFIC CONTENT IS CORRECT AND COMPLIANT WITH ABBOTT'S INTERNAL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.PROVIDE MEDICAL/SCIENTIFIC INPUT INTO MARKETING STRATEGY AND KEY COMMERCIAL INITIATIVES, AS REQUIRED.MONITOR THE ENVIRONMENT FOR COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE AND COMMUNICATE WHERE APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE COMPANY.E NSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, GUIDELINES, CODES OF CONDUCT, ABBOTT'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, AND ACCEPTED STANDARDS OF BEST PRACTICE.Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a doctoral degree in health sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD) and a minimum of 6 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. Proficiency in Mandarin business-level language communication and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Estimated Salary Range:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum.
