Medical Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to local integrated product strategy and launch readiness review cross functionally.
- Develop and implement local medical plan, ensuring alignment with brand plan.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure full alignment with regulations and strategy.
- Review patients' compensation claims for assigned products.
- Lead urgent crisis management due to patient complaints.
- Represent China Medical team in GMAT and CPT.
- Provide internal stakeholders with local medical community insights, clinical practices, trends, and perceived gaps in scientific knowledge.
- Develop pre-launch medical plans for new products, addressing key clinical and scientific challenges.
- Provide medical leadership on faculty and content development for medical programs.
Scientific Information /Messages Management
- Define and manage key scientific messages for assigned products through scientific slides decks and presentations.
- Provide comprehensive medical presentations and training to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or biomedical science.
- Disease specialization preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of relevant medical affairs experience in medical equipment and devices or pharmaceutical companies, or 5 years of work experience in hospitals and industry.
