Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Government Affairs Manager to join our team in Shanghai and Jiangxi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing government relations strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role
  • You will have a deep understanding of government affairs and market access regulations in China, with a proven track record of success in navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • You will have a solid understanding of ophthalmic product market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement government relations strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
  3. Provide policy analysis and advice to senior management on market access and regulatory issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that meet regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in government affairs, market access, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, medical devices, or business administration.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
