Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing China office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the day-to-day operations, including office management, finance team support, and corporate services support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the office's administration system, including procurement orders, stock control, and office equipment specifications.
  • Provide support to the Asia Finance Team, including receiving and processing invoices, preparing weekly cash flow reports, and liaising with external accountants.
  • Support the Asia Corporate Services Team, including assisting with work VISA applications, corporate secretarial work, and making filings with government departments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of office administrative experience, preferably in an international company.
  • Experience supporting Finance and Corporate Services Teams is preferred.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Ability to develop rapport with management and maintain strong working relationships.
