Job Title: Senior HR Officer, HR Project Management

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank that aims to finance infrastructure projects in Asia and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our Human Resources Department.

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Officer, HR Project Management will be responsible for coordinating high-level HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with the HR strategic roadmap. This role involves linking various projects across different teams within the HR Department to deliver a unified message and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development and execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure that work is progressing according to the HR strategic roadmap by coordinating with leaders within the department.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to prepare comprehensive briefing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate internal meetings for the HR department.
  • Coordinate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Director General's office.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in human resources management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment framework in the development, public, or private sector.
  • Master's degree or higher in international law, human resources, organizational studies, psychology, or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
