As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to assigned business units, driving organizational development, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a dedicated HR Business Partner to several business departments, providing HR services and solutions in areas such as HR Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
  • Cooperate with the HR Center of Competence (CoC) to deliver efficient and effective HR measures and solutions to Business Departments.
  • Be the consultant to employees for HR policy, guideline, and process inquiries.
  • Support the growth of business in all HR areas and propose the optimization of HR policies and processes wherever needed.
  • Standardize HR processes by developing and maintaining SOPs to fulfill internal compliance and risk control requirements.
  • Manage and control exception cases and maintain exceptions with appropriate approval.
  • Diagnose and analyze HR issues upon BU ad-hoc requests, deliver timely and quality feedback to BU.
  • Coordinate between Business Departments and Controlling Departments for Headcount and Operation Planning.
  • Regularly review Org. structure with Business Departments to ensure the Org. chart reflects the latest business status.
Organization Development:
  • Act as the OD consultant to Business Departments, monitor, and diagnose organization development, and customize solutions to different business needs and situations.
  • Design OD projects and apply OD processes and tools to enhance organization effectiveness.
Employee Relationship:
  • Advise on employment law, labor relations, and social security.
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with local laws and statutory/audit requirements and consistent with Company strategic direction.
  • Negotiate and resolve collective and individual cases of employment matters.
  • Through daily HR communication, promote company values and support culture build-up.
Topic Management & HR Projects:
  • Closely cooperate with respective CoC as focal contact point to ensure timely and smooth communication, develop adaptations, continuously optimize related processes, and drive implementations with HR BP team for assigned HR topics and projects.
  • Develop concepts and programs to meet specific business needs when necessary and steer the implementation through HR BP team as the topic owner.
  • Lead or involved ad-hoc functional or cross-functional HR projects in an agile way.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, overseas education is appreciated.
  • Experience: At least 7 years working experiences in the area of HR, and 3 years working experience in MNC as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Specific Knowledge & Competence: Cross-cultural competence, Strong Communication/Organization/Coordination skills, Ability to work under pressure and under multi-task, Explicit and well-defined customer and service orientation, Absolutely trustful and loyal in handling of high-confidentiality data/info, High rate of accountability and accuracy, Taking initiative and creative, Chinese (native speaker), excellent English oral and written skills, German skills appreciated, Good command of computer skills, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
